CALLE DE LAS CRUCES"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>La \u00abcalle de las Cruces\u00bb avui \u00e9s un eix rodat que connecta peces importants d\u2019equipament dins el teixit de Villar del Arzobispo, alhora que fa de nexe d\u2019uni\u00f3 entre la part m\u00e9s nova i el nucli antic. A la part superior trobem el paquet d\u2019equipaments de les escoles \u2014CEIP, IES, Centre Polivalent i pistes esportives\u2014, seguit del paquet d\u2019escola, Mancomunitat, l\u2019Hort del Senyor \u2014m\u00e9s o menys, a l\u2019al\u00e7ada del centre del carrer\u2014, per acabar a la zona del Patronato. Aquesta condici\u00f3 de concatenament d\u2019equipaments fa que el carrer hagi de ser ent\u00e8s com un recorregut segur per als vianants, potenciant la mobilitat tova, els espais d\u2019estar i una millor connectivitat urbana.<\/p>\n<p>Per tant, tenint tots aquests factors en compte, el carrer es converteix en una centralitat allargada que cus el teixit urb\u00e0, aportant espais d\u2019estar i \u00e0mbits de trobada amb un confort ambiental adequat, reconeixent l\u2019estructura urbana circumdant i integrant la proposta mitjan\u00e7ant elements de mobiliari urb\u00e0 i materials que aportin una imatge unit\u00e0ria. Per poder dur-ho a terme cal tenir en compte la mobilitat, els usos existents, a m\u00e9s de les possibles millores a incorporar en termes d\u2019estrat\u00e8gies ambientals \u2014m\u00e9s confort, m\u00e9s permeabilitat del s\u00f2l, menys costos ambientals, menys efecte illa de calor\u2014, sempre pensant en un lloc inclusiu per a tothom, sense barreres, garantint l\u2019accessibilitat universal i la seguretat de col\u00b7lectius vulnerables.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"featured_media":1618,"template":"","tipo-proyecto":[31],"class_list":["post-800","proyecto","type-proyecto","status-publish","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","tipo-proyecto-arquitectura-ca"],"acf":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v24.9 - https:\/\/yoast.com\/wordpress\/plugins\/seo\/ -->\n<title>REENCONTRARSE.
